It’s ASB Awareness Week – a great opportunity to talk about how we’re improving the way we manage anti-social behaviour (ASB) in our communities.
Some residents told us we could do better when handling ASB reports. We listened, and as a result, we’ve introduced a new approach designed to improve how we respond and support you:
- We now run focus groups with residents who have first-hand experience of ASB, helping us learn directly from those affected and shape our services around their feedback.
- We’ve also updated the information on our website, making it easier to understand how to report ASB and what you can expect from us once you do.
- In addition, we’ve strengthened the supervision and monitoring of ASB cases to ensure every resident receives the best possible support.
- Our aftercare surveys and support process are helping us gather feedback in real time, so we can continue to improve and make sure no one feels unsupported.
- We’ve also introduced our Good Neighbourhood Management Policy and moved to a patch-based system, allowing us to provide a more local, tailored service.
If you need support, you can report ASB here:
And if you’d rather speak to someone in person you can visit the White Moss Road office. The team will be there ready to support you from 10am-2pm each day.
Check back tomorrow to meet the team!
