Say hello to the people helping keep our communities safe.

Lisa, Nicole, Kathryn, Martin and Sam are dedicated to supporting residents who report antisocial behaviour (ASB). No two days are ever the same. One day they might be tackling noise nuisance; the next, they could be supporting someone experiencing domestic abuse.

Whatever the situation, one thing never changes — they treat everyone they work with with dignity, empathy and respect.

Kathryn, who has been in her role for five years, explains what makes the job so meaningful:

“The best thing about this role is the support we can give people. Often, those responsible for ASB need just as much help as the victims. When you can put support in place that genuinely improves someone’s situation, it’s incredibly rewarding.”

Our team works closely with partner agencies, including the police and social services, to deliver the right outcomes for residents. In more serious cases, they can take formal action, such as issuing injunctions.

Adam highlights the importance of acting quickly:

“It makes a real difference that we can step in and take action early. The consequences of breaching an injunction are serious — it could ultimately mean losing your home — so being able to intervene helps protect our communities and prevent situations from escalating.”

Together, they play a vital role in creating safer, stronger neighbourhoods for everyone.

If you need support, you can report ASB here:

And if you’d rather speak to someone in person you can visit the White Moss Road office. The team will be there ready to support you from 10am-2pm each day.
