We’re looking for new members to join our Housing Advisory Board – a group of residents, councillors and housing professionals who are dedicated to improving homes and communities across north Manchester.
The Board plays an important role in shaping housing services.
HAB members will:
- Review performance to make sure services meet the needs of residents
- Oversee resident engagement so local voices are heard
- Work alongside councillors and professionals to influence decisions about housing and communities
The Board is chaired by Councillor Gavin White, Executive Member for Housing and Development, and currently has 14 members who volunteer their time and experience to support their communities.
This is a great opportunity to:
- Use your experience to improve services for thousands of residents
- Learn more about how housing services are run
- Work with a diverse group of people who all want to make a positive difference
No specialist knowledge is needed – just enthusiasm, a willingness to listen, and a commitment to making things better for residents in north Manchester.
