We are ready to launch our new operating model.
This change will shape how we deliver housing services and enhance our ability to support residents.
We’re increasing our frontline presence, expanding anti-social behaviour (ASB) services, and strengthening support.
We’ll start by visiting you in your home. We plan to visit residents once every two years, so we can get to know you better and understand your needs
We want to make sure we get to know residents who might otherwise go unnoticed, you can use the visit to tell us about any concerns you might have and we can look at the ways we can support you better.
Our Housing Officers will have more time to spend on estates, addressing environmental issues and spend more time at our Independent Living Schemes.
Additionally, we’re strengthening our dedicated ASB and Support teams to safeguard residents and create a seamless, end-to-end service.
With these improvements, you can expect a more personalised and efficient experience, with your wellbeing and housing conditions at the heart of everything we do. We’ll write to you in the coming weeks with more information.
