We’re looking to improve our presence on estates with a Resident Roadshow this September. As part of this, our teams will be out and about speaking with residents and looking to complete a short survey.
When we’ll be visiting
- Dates: Monday 15 - Friday 19 September.
- Times: 10:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00.
- Where: Selected neighbourhoods across our estates.
Why we’re doing this
- To listen to residents and strengthen our day-to-day visibility on estates.
- To update contact details and improve our records.
- To understand any issues in your home or area, including things like damp and mould, so we can act sooner.
What to expect at the door
- Staff will work in pairs and will always show ID.
- The survey takes only a few minutes and covers contact details and a few service questions.
- You don’t need to let anyone in; we can complete it at the doorstep.
- We will never ask for payment or bank details.
Your choice
If you’d rather not take part on the doorstep, that’s okay. You can complete the survey by phone or online instead, and we will be texting it out to residents too. Check our website or contact the Housing Services team to arrange another way that suits you.
Prize draw
Residents who complete the survey (doorstep, phone or online) will be entered into a Love to Shop voucher prize draw.
