Our Resident Roadshow was a huge success.
Colleagues from across Housing Services supported the event organised and coordinated by our fantastic Resident Experience Team.
Between door-knocking and outbound calls, we spoke to hundreds of you – and the feedback has been really positive. A big thank you to everyone who took part and shared their thoughts with us.
This is just the start – the roadshow is an ongoing initiative, and we’ll be back out in the new year to continue the conversation.
