We’ve launched a new resident group to help us improve the way we respond to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and provide greater transparency around our performance.
Our first ASB Performance Group took place in July, bringing together six residents with lived experience of ASB. By sharing their experiences and perspectives, residents will help us better understand what is working well, where improvements are needed and how our services can better support people affected by ASB.
The group will meet every three months to take a closer look at our ASB performance. As well as reviewing the data, members will explore the experiences behind the figures and work with us to identify opportunities to improve the way we respond to reports.
Their feedback will help us:
- Better understand residents’ experiences of reporting and dealing with ASB
- Identify areas where our service could be improved
- Improve resident satisfaction with our response to ASB
- Make sure residents’ voices are reflected in our decisions and future improvements.
We’d like to thank the residents who have joined the group and are giving their time to share their experiences with us. Their insight will play an important role in helping us strengthen our approach to tackling ASB.
We are committed to acting on the areas identified through the group and will keep residents updated throughout the year on its findings, recommendations and the progress we are making.
