If so, we’d really like to hear from you. We’re holding a Complaints Workshop on Wednesday 21 May from 10am to 1pm at the White Moss Road Office, and we’re inviting residents to come along and share their experiences.
This is a chance for you to tell us how you felt your complaint was handled — what went well, what could have been better, and how we can improve our service in the future.
Your feedback is really important and will help us make changes that matter.
We’ll provide lunch and refreshments on the day, and you’ll have the chance to speak with members of our team in an informal, welcoming setting.
