An emergency is a problem that puts you or your home at immediate risk or could cause serious damage if left untreated. This includes:
- Major water leaks or burst pipes you cannot control
- Dangerous electrical faults
- Fire or gas risks
- Being unable to access or secure your home
- Your only toilet not working
- Sewage backing up
- Dangerous structural damage
- Urgent issues with lifts or communal safety
