We’ve introduced a new Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Improvement Plan.

This plan sets out how we’ll work to improve the housing services we provide. It focuses on the things that matter most to tenants – from repairs and safety, to how we listen and communicate.

The reason we’ve introduced the plan is simple: your feedback matters. We want to make sure that the services you receive continue to improve, and that we’re open and honest about the progress we make.
