Some residents told us they were unhappy with the way we handle reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB). We listened and have made some important changes.

We set up focus groups with residents who had first-hand experience, so we could learn directly from them.

We’ve also improved the information on our website, making it clearer how to report ASB and what you can expect from us when you do.

To show the difference reporting can make, we’ve shared real case studies of positive outcomes.

We’ve also introduced an after-care survey and support process, so we can get feedback in real time and make sure no one is left feeling dissatisfied.

On top of that, we’ve increased supervision and monitoring of ASB cases, to make sure residents always receive the best possible support.

Looking ahead, we want to encourage more residents to report ASB. These reports give us vital information and help us, and our partners, to tackle more serious issues in neighbourhoods across north Manchester.
