You told us you wanted to see more of your housing officer — and we listened.
You can now easily find out who your housing officer is on our website and get in touch directly.

We’ve also updated the way we work so that our housing officers can spend more time out in the community, connecting with residents in the places they like to be.
Come along to one of our local surgeries to chat with your housing officer about anything that matters to you — from neighbourhood issues to questions about your home or tenancy.
We’re here to listen, help, and make sure you feel supported where you live.
