Anti-Social Behaviour Policy and Procedure Survey

Our Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) policy shapes the way we deal with reports of anti-social behaviour. We want to update this policy and are seeking your views on the changes we would like to make.

We define anti-social behaviour as:

'Conduct that has caused - or is likely to cause - harassment, alarm or distress to any person; conduct capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to a person in relation to that person’s occupation of residential premises; and/or conduct capable of causing housing-related nuisance or annoyance to any person.'

There are several things that will not change. We have to work within the law, within what our regulator says we must do, and also; we are just one of several agencies involved with tackling anti-social and criminal behaviour in Manchester.

These things need to stay the same, but there are some changes we'd like your feedback on.
